1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the six6s aff platform and its users. Accessing six6s aff through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel means you fully accept these terms.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. If a translation in another language exists, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms apply to all six6s aff services — including sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games, bingo, and any other entertainment category. If a specific category has its own additional terms, those terms apply alongside these general terms.

1.2 Scope of Services

six6s aff may add, modify, or temporarily suspend any service at its discretion. If a service interruption occurs due to technical maintenance, security review, or other reasonable cause, no compensation will be owed.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on six6s aff, users must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Each person may only create one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid mobile number and active email address are required.
• The name and date of birth provided at registration must match your government-issued ID.
• If requested for identity verification, a photo of your National ID or passport must be submitted.
• If accessing the service from outside Bangladesh, it is the user's own responsibility to comply with local laws.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

six6s aff takes a firm stance against gambling by minors. Registration or betting by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Proof of age documents may be requested at any time.

3.1 KYC Process

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, six6s aff may request the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement).
• A screenshot of your MFS account for payment method verification.

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following methods can be used for deposits and withdrawals on six6s aff: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• The name on the deposit account must match the name on the six6s aff account.
• Deposits from accounts registered under a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

4.3 Account Balance

Funds in a user's balance are reserved for gaming activity — they are not an interest-bearing or investable fund. An inactivity policy may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

six6s aff offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly Deposit Bonus: 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• six6s aff Friday Special: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• Sports Fan Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• Birthday Special Reward: up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend: up to ৳3,000, wagering 12x.

5.3 Bonus Policy

Bonuses can only be used for betting — they cannot be withdrawn directly. If you attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and games on six6s aff.

6.1 Sports Betting

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error causes the bet to be marked as void. If an event is cancelled or does not take place, the bet amount will be refunded. six6s aff's decision is final in determining results.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

The RTP (Return to Player) for all casino games is set by the providing studio. Game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), and six6s aff does not guarantee any specific result.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, server issue, or any other technical reason, six6s aff reserves the right to cancel or restart that round. An attempt will be made to refund the bet amount for any incomplete round.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6s aff platform:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage — that is, any deliberate attempt to profit without meeting bonus conditions.
• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the system.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Fraudulent payment information or managing chargebacks.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by six6s aff

six6s aff may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or attempted fraud.
• When a security review is required.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they can notify the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any remaining balance, excluding active bonuses, can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
